We have been among the main extrusion specialists in Europe for over 30 years. This food processing technique uses pressure to push the mixture through a die, which molds it into the final shape of choice.

Subsequently, the mixture is baked through friction, heating, and constant counter-pressure to obtain an optimum final texture and leave the nutritional properties of the ingredients unchanged. This versatile and efficient method allows the forming of different-shaped products without the use of yeast, added fats, and other additives.

How does it work? First of all, the ingredients are pressed and transported through rollers, which give them their final shape. We make sure the temperature never goes beyond a certain limit. This is the ideal solution to obtain healthy, light, but extremely tasty products.

The production of vegan, organic, and gluten-free products implies cautious and specific monitoring of ingredients. This is why we developed an ad hoc assessment plan for the ingredients we plan to choose such as different kinds of flours, natural flavorings, fruit powder, etc.
